Training Log + Journaling

What is a training log?

This is a digital daily training log to help track your mental and physical wellbeing.

The training log allows you to give yourself a score out of 4 for both mental and physical health.

There is also an option to save notes alongside to help you in the future.

How do I edit my training log?

You do not have the ability to change your score once it has been submitted.

You do, however, have the ability to edit your notes. Do so by tapping the 3 dots on an entry and selecting 'Edit'.

What is journaling?

Journaling is a self-care activity that can have tremendous physical and emotional health benefits when practiced consistently.

We recommend taking a few minutes each day to write down whatever you wish. Don’t worry about spelling, punctuation, or grammar. Just get something from your brain and onto the screen.

The Journal is fully encrypted, which means it's completely private and personal to you.

Why is journaling important?

Journaling has also been around in some form or another for centuries, and research continues to show that it can have a positive effect on our performance and physical and emotional health.

With that said, we don't want you to feel like you “have to” journal. Many people never journal, yet are wonderfully healthy and perform at a high level.

Just keep in mind that it’s here if you ever want to give it a try.

How do I save my entries?

To save a Journal entry, click ‘Submit’ when you are finished writing your entry.

How do I edit or delete an entry?

To edit or delete an entry, click on the ‘Journal Entries’ tab. From there, click on the ellipsis ("...") on the entry you want to modify. Select ‘Edit Entry’ or ‘Delete Entry’.

What are prompts?

Prompts are questions or guides to help you write.

It's natural to stare at an empty page and be unsure of what to write. Select from one of our journal prompts to help guide your writing.
